New User Bonus Program - Terms and Conditions

After registering through designated channels, you'll be eligible to receive the New User Bonus at the Campaign center.

• When you complete a single trade of R$2,000 or more, you will be rewarded with a BTC bonus

  of R$80.

• By signing up through an exclusive bonus program for new users, you will receive special tasks and be rewarded according to the exclusive rules of the referral program. These rules may differ from the general New User Bonus program, and participation in the exclusive program will forfeit eligibility for regular rewards.

• Only trades made via the advanced order book mode, express buy/sell with Brazilian Reais, and crypto conversion are counted.

The reward may be available for a limited time, and the termination of this offer is at the sole discretion of OKX.

Terms and Conditions:

• Only users who register during the promotional period of the program will be eligible for the reward. OKX reserves the right to change these terms or revoke the referral program entirely, at any time and without prior notice.

• A deposit in BRL via PIX or in crypto is required to have funds available before making a trade.

  You must complete the task within 14 days of creating your account.

• The exact reward amount will be determined by an AI model, which analyzes criteria such as historical data that users are permitted to access. The decision made by the AI model is final and not subject to appeal.

• Rewards must be claimed within 30 days of being issued, otherwise they will expire.

• The reward is in BTC and is available while supplies last, on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Only users who register through designated channels will be eligible for the associated new user bonus reward.

• You can view your rewards earned on Campaign center > New user bonus on our website and app.

• Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.

• If there's any fraudulent behavior, such as fraudulent registration, buying or selling, or forging identity verification information, we'll strictly review and control the situation, and reserve the right to cancel the participation eligibility and award rights of the related users.

• We may delay the distribution of Rewards due to system issues or other special circumstances. If you haven't received the Rewards within 48 hours after you complete the task, please contact customer service, and we'll actively follow up on the situation.

• Rewards may be restricted from trading or withdrawal for up to 90 days from the date of receipt. To unlock the reward, the user must maintain an account balance of at least BRL 2,000 (or the equivalent in other supported assets) for a cumulative total of 30 days within the 90-day window following the reward grant date. The 30 qualifying days do not need to be consecutive. If the requirement is not met within this timeframe, the reward may be forfeited, reversed, or otherwise reclaimed at OKX’s sole discretion.

• Any violation of these terms or the OKX Terms of Service at any time may disqualify such customer from this promotion. If disqualified, you agree: 1) to return the value of any Bonuses provided under this promotion; or 2) that we may deduct, offset, or otherwise claw back such value from your account.

• We have the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or our terms of service.

• We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
