I honestly think the most important thing for the Cardano ecosystem moving forward is a Layer 2 framework. Simply put, a tool like this would let people easily build their own highly scalable networks right on top of Cardano. Don't get me wrong, projects like Hydra and Leios are important, but lately, I feel like there's a huge demand for networks optimized for specific applications. You see this trend in the Ethereum ecosystem, where every company is building its own Layer 2 tailored for their services. Robinhood is a perfect example. That's why I'd love to see Cardano's main rollup projects, like @midgardprotocol and @zkFold, offer a Rollup-as-a-Service (RaaS) type of framework. If you look at the history of this market, after the Cosmos SDK came out, a ton of projects started using it to build their own Layer 1s, and they still are projects like dYdX, Babylon, Mitosis, 0G, @AlloraNetwork and @wardenprotocol.
